EMTBOND

Temperature Class: 155°C
A modified self bonding polyamide-top, over a base of either EMTSOLD or EMTPOL enamel types.

Applications: TV deflection coils, relay coils, loud speakers, square coils for measuring instruments, baseless selenoids and all products whose electrical surfaces are to be varnished or which are not feasable to wind on coils or coil forms.

EMTHERM BOND

Temperature Class: 180C
A modified self bonding polyamide-top, over a base of either EMTHERM1 or EMTHERM2 enamel types.

Applications: Highly recommended for small electrical motors, loud speakers, microphone coils, solenoids and many other important applications şn radio and television industries.

EMTHERM1

Temperature Class:180°C
A poli-esterimide base coated enamelled copper wire with high resistance to high temperatures. Also EMTHERM1 is available with a self bonding top coat.

Applications: High thermal and mechanical characteristics which are required for special motors and highly stressed windings of all kinds of applications. High overload capacity and resistance to solvents.

EMTHERM2

Temperature Class:200°C / 220°C
A Theic modified poli-esterimide base and Poliamide-imide over coated enamelled copper wire. Has an excellent thermal resistance, as well as high endurance to mechanical stress and solvents.

Applications:High capacity electrical motors, oil cooled special transformers, hermetic motor windings working in R12-R22, alternator, fluorescent ballasts and many other electro-technical applications.

EMTPOL

Temperature Class: 155°C
A modified poli-urethane with polyesters base coated enamelled copper wire. This type provides a very good soldering ability in a short time with high thermal properties.

Applications: Especially suitable for the applications which require high thermal, mechanical and chemical performance such as: Selenoid valves which are winded on nylon, small starter transformers operating in high temperatures or in hot ambient, small and medium sized motors.

EMTSOLD

Temperature Class:180°C
This type of enamelled copper wire is able to be soldered at very low temperature in a very short time (375°C in 1 secs). Also the most important characteristic of this type is endurance to high thermal and mechanical stress same as EMTHERM 1.

Applications:Same with EMTPOL.
